Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust are running a wildflower survey on their website and they are particularly interested in flowers in the Dean. This will help them build up a picture of where wildflower habitats remain and where there are connections between them.
You can look out for and report five of the more easy to recognise flowers , this will also indicate that other species may grow there as well. One of the five wildflowers, Cowslips, will have finished flowering now but you may have noticed them earlier in the year. The others are still in flower now.
